This configuration consists of the IM7530 and the HD1000-LITE Camera. The Meiji Techno IM7500 Series Inverted Brightfield/Darkfield and simple Polarizing 12V/ 50W Metallurgical Microscope have an ergonomic slim triangular shaped design that saves bench space to maximize efficiency and offers ultimate stability with its cast aluminum alloy frame. This is the most rugged Inverted Microscope from Japan. Infinity Corrected Plan Semi Apo BD 5X, 10X, 20X and LWD 50X objectives are standard in all units. All of our IM7500 Series controls are ergonomically positioned to provide comfort and extended ease of use for the operator. An integrated Incident High power 12V/50W vertical Koehler Halogen illuminator with variable intensity control and automatic voltage sensing power supply provides excellent specimen illumination and contrast. The 50W illuminator affords a brighter image as of a competitive 12V 100W system, reducing power consumption by almost 50 percent. The IM7500 Series is designed to meet your most diverse needs for materials research. Meiji’s IM Series is well suited for examination of mounted metallurgical specimens or for routine quality inspections such as, microstructural observation, and analysis and evaluation of a variety of metallurgical metals ceramics, polymers and various materials testing, QA and QC examination and photomicrography. The IM7500 Series offers crisp, distortion-free, high resolution images in multiple modes of operation the built in photo port on the front of the body makes image documentation quick and easy.

The HD1000-LITE is Meiji Techno America’s Affordable HDMI /USB2.0 camera technology from Meiji Techno! It is the most economical HDMI & USB 2.0 camera in the market. You can easily operate the HD1000-LITE camera by directly connecting it to a monitor with a HDMI port without a PC and directly save images into an on-board SD-4G card on the camera, or connect the camera directly to your PC as it has a standard USB 2.0 interface to utilize the full annotation/software function The camera quickly reacts to lighting changes in any life science, clinical or material applications. With video output via HDMI connector, the setting menu allows easy access to feature settings. NOTE: • 5MP Still Capture resolution 2592 x 1944 • 1920 x 1080- 15fps (frame per second) /1080P HDMI via HDMI • 1920 x 1080 -15fps/1080p by USB 2.0) via USB 2.0.

The HD-1000-LITE makes any microscope a full service digital microscope system. If you are predominatly looking at still shots and live video of your sample and a fast frame rate camera is not necessary for your application, the HD-1000-LITE is the perfect addition to your microscope trinocular port. Equipped with a 0.3 CMOS chip this camera requires a 0.3 C"mount adapter to give the user close to a 1:1 ratio to what you see in the eyepiece will be close to what you see through the monitor.

This HDMI/USB2.0 camera can be mounted directly to a PC via USB 2.0 or directly to a HDMI port on the HDMI tv or monitor, without having to attach it to a PC. This incorporate observation, image capture of still and live video and measurement capabilities while providing an on screen interface for viewing real time live images. Perform real time measurement on the PC when connected via USB 2.0. The HD-1000-LITE can provide more real time detail and are easier to navigate allowing the engineer or scientist to document images and make cost effective decisions in record time. You may also add a 11.8'' HDMI monitor in front of this camera by simply ordering the HD Monitor model, which includes the adapters for easy mounting. Easily save images on the SD card provided.

VIEWING HEADS
The binocular model, the IM7510, incorporates the MA957/20 Ergonomic Siedentopf binocular head with inclination adjustable vertically from 10° to 50°. The trinocular model, the IM7520, has the MA979 Siedentopf-type trinocular head with eyetubes inclined at 30 degrees. The MA979 uses a 0/100 beamsplitter (100% to eyetubes or 100% to phototube) that can be engaged for photomicroscopy. Both microscope heads' left eyetubes have graduated diopter settings. The interpupillary distance on the viewing heads is adjustable between 53mm - 75mm.

EYEPIECES
10X Super Widefield High Eyepoint eyepieces are standard, and 15X and 20X eyepieces are also available as an option. A Super Widefield High Eyepoint 10X focusable eyepiece that accepts standard 25mm reticules is also available.

OBJECTIVE CHANGER
The smooth-operating, ball bearing mounted, quintuple nosepiece provides effortless objective changes.

OBJECTIVES
Standard objectives are the newly designed Planachromat EPI Infinity Corrected objectives for brightfield and darkfield observation modes. Infinity tube lens: F = 200mm.

STAGE
The standard fixed mechanical stage measures 224mm(x) by 184mm(y), with 50mm(x) by 40mm(y) movement. The mechanical stage features ergonomically positioned right-handed coaxial drop down controls.

ILLUMINATION
A powerful Koehler method vertical illuminator with 12 volt 50 watt halogen bulb in an adjustable centering socket provides enhanced image quality of observations. Adjustable brightness control and automatic voltage sensing power supply are standard.

PHOTOMICROGRAPHY
Meiji Techno offers a broad range of digital video cameras which offers excellent sensitivity, high resolution and a wide dynamic range for the most demanding brightfield and darkfield microscopy applications including clinical pathology and cytology, life sciences and geology. Some models has included software, that can preview and capture still shots and live videos to a PC or Mac with USB port or HDMI connectivity.

SMART PRESENTATION
Camera parameters such as exposure time, white balance, and gain are designed by default to operate automatically. Automatic optimum configuration is expected to be done in 0.015 seconds, and you'll find that the camera is easily managed from the start.

ADVANCED PARAMETER SETTING
For users with specific requirements, the camera is designed with parameter setting buttons that enable manual adjustment of white balance, gain, saturation, Gamma and screen freeze.

PC TO TV
Images are displayable on PCs and HDMI-installed TVs. All parameters can be controlled by the computer to adjust them to actual situations. This is advantageous in teaching and meeting applications.

On-board Video Saving
The SD card can save not only still images, but also dynamic images in 720P color definition, such that motion trails are recorded in fast speed and intact form.

LOW LIGHT SENSITIVITY
Thanks to its highly sensitive sensor, the HD1000-LITE is capable of capturing low-light images rapidly. In darkfield imaging and even fluorescence, it will automatically increase the sensitivity, presenting low light images with clarity in high-speed preview mode.

The IM7500 Series features include:

All models come standard with ∞ Infinity Corrected Optical objectives (F=200) delivers bright, clear, high resolution images with superior contrast.
Viewing heads are supplied with a Siedentopf type binocular head, inclined at 30° or a trinocular Siedentopf head inclined at 45°. Interpupillary distance is adjustable from 53mm to 75mm. A graduated diopter adjustment is provided as a standard feature on the left eyetube of all units.
Eyepieces are SWH10X, widefield, high eye point eyepieces, F.N. 22, with a 25mm reticle mount, SWH15X, SWH20X and SWH10X-F focusing eyepieces are available as an option. Anti-reflection coated, manufactured with a large diameter lens with more optical elements and high eyepoint to reduce eye fatigue and accommodate eyeglass wearers, and come equipped with a fold-down rubber eye-guards. The newly designed eyepieces allow for a wide field of view observation, making it possible to see the whole image of an embedded resin sample.
Infinity Corrected Brightfield/Darkfield Plan. Semi Apo BD 5X, 10X, 20X and LWD 50X objectives are standard in all units. Objectives are made with extra-low-dispersion glass and utilize new advanced multilayer anti-reflection coatings. The advanced technology used in designing and creating objectives result in an objective with a higher resolving power, higher image contrast, wider field of view, improved flatness of field, and a sharp image with a minimum of flare and ghosting. The objectives are color corrected for chromatic aberration in the red and blue regions of the spectrum and offer and exceptional flat field of view.
