MC/DZ4-T + ZC15 + MAC-10 + HD1500MET + FL150/115 + FL150/95 High Zoom Microscope Configuration

In this configuration, the MC/DZ4-T is a combination of the DZ4-T body and the focus block (DZ-T/38). The DZ4-T is a zoom microscope body that has a magnification of 0.83X to 10X (zoom ratio 12:1). The DZ-T/38 is a coarse and fine focus block that fits a 38mm mounting post which are most of our pole stands. The ZC15 equipped with the DZ4-T is a 1.25X – 15X infinity objective. It gives the system a 75X – 900X total mag and a working distance of 46.2mm. The MAC-10 stand is a heavy duty stand that has a mounting bracket to accept optional such as the DZ-T/38 or the FU1010. The MAC-10 has a 16" height and 1.5" diameter stainless steel vertical post. It also has a quick release safety clamp. In addition, the FL150/115 attached is a unit that offers safe and hassle-free operation and mates securely with standard FL150/115 microscopy light guides, eliminating adapters. Standard FL150/115 provides a lamp life of over 200 hours at full intensity. This unit is available separately or as part of a complete fiber optic illumination system.

The HD1500MET is our full featured 6 MP camera with a 1/3” CMOS chip.  A 0.3X C-mount adapter (MA151/35/03) is needed to attach it to any standard Meiji Techno America Trinocular Microscope. The HD1500MET features a full HD (1080x1920) resolution, which provides high fidelity images with a refresh rate of 60fps- frames per second when connected via HDMI. Hence, there is absolutely no lag in the live video feed when moving your specimen or part.

The HD1500MET is equipped with a complete Metrics Measurement software that can be utilized when connecting directly to a PC or through the camera connected to a monitor via HDMI. The HD1500MET provides extremely powerful measurement functionality including: freehand lines, rectangles, polygons, circles, bi-circles, angles, point-line distance and much more. In addition to the ability to measure point-line distance, angles, the length of curves and lines, the camera can measure the perimeter & area of enclosed features such as: rectangles, polygons, and circles. The unique calibration and magnification functions coupled with the ability to export the results to Excel or text files, make measurements more convenient and simple.

The DZ4-T is Meiji Techno’s highest magnification zoom system in our product line. Viewing samples on a monitor without eyepieces is now easily achievable with the DZ4-T system. You can connect cameras that can be used independently or connect to HDMI monitors or computers with measurement capabilities. It has a zoom ratio of 12:1 and stepless magnification change from 25.2X to 4200X with changing objective. This system has a built-in C-mount lens system that accommodates 1/2" CMOS, CCD or analog cameras in the market. It provides a very high and clear resolution that displays a crisp picture on any monitor. The DZ4-T can be ordered with a focus mechanism that fits a 38mm (1.50") post or a 20mm (0.78") post stand. It has an integrated single arm fiber optic coaxial reflected illumination with choices of Halogen or LED light sources. The system can be equipped with a reflected or transmitted light stage that accommodates the Mitutoyo digimatic indicators for X, Y or Z accurate measurement capabilities. The DZ4-T has the ability to reach different viewing positions quickly at low magnification and magnifies images effortlessly. It can be used with various types of illuminations and has a wide application range.
