VM-1V-LED + MA871 + VM-PK + HD1500T - 1X with Vertical C-mount Video Microscope Configuration

The VM and VM-LED Series high resolution video microscopes have been specifically designed for viewing small electronic components, wave-guides, electro-mechanical assemblies, medical devices, seals, fibers, catheters, etc., which require high magnification visual inspection. The VM and VM-LED Series integrate a CCD video camera, fiber optic illumination system, and high-resolution infinity corrected optics. The series are ideal for use in factory automation and machine vision systems.

The VM-1V-LED in this configuration is a video microscope with a 1X magnification factor and has a vertical C-mount. The objective lens included is a MA871 Plan Achromat Epi 10X metallurgical objective lens. The pole stand base, VM-PK, is a wide ergonomic pole stand that includes a coarse and fine focus block (VM-FB) for the VM and VM-LED Video Microscopes. It has the base dimension of 330mm (12.99”) wide x 280mm (11”) deep with VM-FB coarse and fine focus block. It is also supplied with one 94.5mm diameter reversible black and white stage plate and two stainless steel stage clips and is backed by Meiji Techno’s Limited Lifetime Warranty.All non LED VM Series require one external light source and light guide FT190/115 or FL150/115 and FL150/95 light guide.

The HD1500T is our full featured 6 MP camera with a 1/3” CMOS chip. The HD1500T features a full HD (1080x1920) resolution, which provides high fidelity images with a refresh rate of 60fps- frames per second when connected via HDMI, so there is absolutely no lag in the live video feed when moving your specimen or part. 

The HD1500T can be mounted directly to any HDMI monitor or PC via USB 2.0 or HDMI connectivity and can be used with the provided USB 2.0 mouse, with this the user can access menus that provide all the features of the camera such as exposure, white balance, color control (red or blue), gamma, brightness, sharpness, saturation, denoise, color temperature plus allows the user to save images and videos directly on the full SD card due to the onboard operating system. You can flip the image horizontally, vertically, do a split screen where-in one side of the monitor is a live image and the other half is the captured image. You can also digitally increase/decrease the zoom if needed if your stereo system has reached its magnification potential, this will give you the added digital magnification needed. You can also superimpose a cross-line reticle directly on your live image, first click gives you a red line second click gives you a green line, and the third click omits the crossline. The live video and still shots can be saved directly on the removable full SD card for subsequent image capture. All this is achieved without the need for a PC.

SMART PRESENTATION
Camera parameters such as exposure time, white balance, and gain are designed by default to operate automatically. Automatic optimum configuration is expected to be done in 0.015 seconds, and you'll find that the camera is easily managed from the start.

ADVANCED PARAMETER SETTING
For users with specific requirements, the camera is designed with parameter setting buttons that enable manual adjustment of white balance, gain, saturation, Gamma and screen freeze.

PC TO TV
Images are displayable on PCs and HDMI-installed TVs. All parameters can be controlled by the computer to adjust them to actual situations. This is advantageous in teaching and meeting applications.

On-board Video Saving
The SD card can save not only still images, but also dynamic images in 720P color definition, such that motion trails are recorded in fast speed and intact form.

LOW LIGHT SENSITIVITY
Thanks to its highly sensitive sensor, the HD1500T is capable of capturing low-light images rapidly. In darkfield imaging and even fluorescence, it will automatically increase the sensitivity, presenting low light images with clarity in high-speed preview mode.

The VM & VM-LED Series integrate a CCD video camera, fiber optic illumination system, and high-resolution infinity corrected optics, and are ideal for use in factory automation and machine vision systems.

The VM & VM-LED Series “C” Mount video microscopes connects an infinity corrected objective to a “C” Mount camera to create a simple high magnification imaging system. The VM & VM-LED Series units are mountable to the VM focus block or other flat mouthing surface via four M4 X M6 threaded mouthing holes with 30mm X 40mm spacing. The VM & VM-LED Series have a parfocal distance of 45mm and accepts Din Standard 0.7965” (20.1mm) diameter threaded objectives.
